Pharmacy

The Pharmacy diploma concentrates on work inside a pharmacy: identifying medicines, calculating doses, packing and labelling, and storing stock under the right conditions. Students study pharmaceutical calculations, common dosage forms, and the rules that govern dispensing at diploma level. Practical training emphasises accuracy at the counter and in the dispensary. Unlike the Pharmacy bachelor’s degree, this pathway does not cover the full scientific depth of pharmaceutical chemistry and pharmacology over ten semesters.
